A perfect start to the day with our large and sumptuous breakfast buffet. It offers an " à la carte eggs menu", organic corner and a daily changing theme corner – so look forward to the morning and the delicious things it will bring.

With our lunch buffet in the afternoon, our kitchen crew is happy to offer guests warm and pickled snacks, salads and sweet treats from the cakes kitchen.

The culinary highlight is our evening gourmet menu which changes daily. We’re looking forward to tempting you with our fresh salad bar, appetizer, soup, 3 main courses to choose, dessert and a local cheese board selection with chutneys, truffle honey, farm butter and bread specialities.
Our weekly themed dinners and buffets will linger long in the memory of gastronomes on their gourmet journey – and the gala evening will not be easily forgotten either!
Of course, kids & teens also have their own gourmet cuisine choices in our gourmet menu.
In summer, our juice buffet is available from 7:30 - 18:00 at Gründlers. Select between soft drinks, healthy juices, iced tea and sparkling water.
Vegetarian delicacies are freshly prepared for you by our kitchen staff. Do you have a food intolerance or allergy? Our chefs are ready and willing to prepare dishes to suit your needs. We just ask you to tell us your wishes and needs, preferably at the time of booking but at the latest upon arrival.
